A COURSE IN MIRACLES Immersion Retreat
Are you a student and/or teacher of A Course in Miracles (ACIM)? Would you like to immerse yourself in the Course teachings through a 1-day workshop style retreat?
This 1-day immersion retreat is designed to provide you with the contemplative and reflective space needed to imbibe the teachings of ACIM, heal your separative thoughts, and experience atonement through the foundational practice of forgiveness. The day will incorporate private time, working in pairs, and group discussion through reflection discovery dialogue circles.

Who: Current students and teachers of A Course in Miracles. We recommend that you have
been studying the Course for a minimum of 3 months through both text study and
workbook practice (having completed at least the first 50 lessons).
Cost: By donation (suggested donation of $100). You can process your donation to the right.

Materials: You will be provided with a workbook for the day. Please bring your copy of ACIM to the
retreat. It will also be helpful if you bring your mobile cellular device, which may be used to
search an online ACIM database for identification of Course teachings.
Outline:
The retreat is intended to unfold as follows: (this may be modified in response to the needs of the group):
Opening
- Introductions
- Overview of the day
- Meditation
PART 1: Identification and reflection of your workshop issue(s)
- You will be invited to select the issue(s) you wish to work on for the day. If you do not come to the retreat with an issue in mind, your facilitator will work with you to identify an issue you can explore for your day.
PART 2: Identification and study of Course teachings
- You will be invited to pair up with another retreatant to help each other identify Course teachings that are applicable to your respective issue(s).
- You will then be invited to explore your Course teachings.
PART 3: Forgiveness Exercises
- You will be invited to practice forgiveness through exercises.
Closing
- Meditation

Background about your facilitator:
Robert Meagher has been ordained as an Interfaith Minister and certified as a Psycho-Spiritual Psychotherapist. Since 2009, he has led a spiritual ministry initiative in Ottawa called Spiritual Guidance. Of the many services Robert offers as part of Spiritual Guidance, Robert runs a variety of spiritual programming initiatives to serve aspirants personal journey toward enlightenment. As part of Spiritual Guidance’s spiritual programming efforts, Robert facilitates several ACIM study and discussion groups on a weekly basis. Robert has been studying ACIM since 2009 and has been blessed to facilitate ACIM study and discussion groups since 2010.
Regarding a refund policy...we appreciate there may be circumstances that results in you needing to cancel your attendance after you have registered and made your payment. Should you have to cancel your attendance, we invite you to consider offering your registration fee as a donation to our ongoing ministry work through the sharing of the teachings of A Course in Miracles.
